I started with Kristin 2 or so years ago after being out of the gym/consistent workout habit. She worked with me first as personal trainer then in small group/partner workouts. I absolutely love the way Kristin puts together workouts that challenge me. She’s very encouraging and always makes me feel seen and heard. I’ve been to gyms or with trainers in the past that are a “one size fits all” and that doesn’t work for me. Kristin basis workouts based on what works for me and my gym partner. It’s always a great day when I get my workout in and hear Kristin say…”that’s it you did it”!

Tyler has been great, always encouraging, motivational and keeps 100% focus on you while you are working out. Programs are well tailored to meet your goals. Due to my work schedule there are times I am not able to make it in person he would provide recorded sessions to work out on the road. Every dollar and every minute spend here is worth it.

Tyler and his staff are really great to work with. I am in their semi-private training program. Although the workouts are posted and therefore. similar for all semi-private clients, they are able to modify exercises to meet individual needs. They are all very supportive and the atmosphere is light and friendly, but the also don’t let anyone slack. They use a combination of cardio and weight training to help each client reach the goals they set. Mine happens to be weight loss. Although no one on staff is a registered dietician, they do offer support, ideas, and feedback. They are also very realistic; no fad diets recommended here! I am happy with my progress and will continue using Peak12 for quite some time!

I like the diversity of cardio-exercises and weight training that are closely supervised for proper form so that I get adequate and safe workout with every session with Tyler. I appreciate the insightful balance of challenging and easier movements based on my energy level. Tyler listens to my concerns and modifies the exercises to support muscle areas optimally like adding stretches. I like the friendly atmosphere and non-intimidating environment. There are no big machines and there is enough space for moving around during our boxing session. I’ve spent a great deal of my life telling myself that I was going to start working out and changing my body for the best. I have been working out with Kristin for almost a year now and she is amazing! When I started working out with her she was working out of another local gym. When she and Tyler opened Peak12 I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! I love the privacy and lack of distraction from others working out nearby. I’ve been training for boxing here for more than half a year now, and I recently started customized online workouts. Tyler has been doing a great job helping me in boxing, I have previous experience in Martial arts, Tyler is very good at boxing himself, not only I have learned great techniques from him, he also gave me a lot of useful advices in workouts, and helped me fixed injuries I had done to myself a long time ago. The personalized online workouts so far is the best training program I had, it’s flexible and Tyler customize it for me every week to focus on different parts, I can also communicate with him anytime with any questions I have on the trainings. I joined the boxing program about 14 months ago. The thing I like about the boxing program is you are getting a great workout and learning a new skill set at the same time. I’d been doing home workouts on my own for a while and wanted more guidance for my workouts. I was also looking for something that would be personalized to me and my goals. After researching different gyms and trainers in the area, Peak12 was my top pick. I’ve been personal training with Tyler for about two months now and it has been a great experience! I like that he creates workouts with lots of variety while still working all of the muscle groups. As a strength training “newbie” it has not been intimidating at all. Tyler shows you how to do each exercise and gives tips to improve your form. He encourages you to challenge yourself while also double checking that you are comfortable with the weights, reps, and exercises you are doing.
