I started with Kristin two years ago after being out of the gym/consistent workout habit.
She worked with me first as personal trainer then in small group/partner workouts. I absolutely love the way Kristin puts together workouts that challenge me. She’s very encouraging and always makes me feel seen and heard.
I’ve been with trainers in the past that are a “one size fits all” and that doesn’t work for me. Kristin basis workouts on what works for me.

Tyler has been great, always encouraging, motivational and keeps 100% focus on you while you are working out.
Programs are well tailored to meet your goals. Due to my work schedule there are times I am not able to make it in person he would provide recorded sessions to work out on the road.
Also, you don’t feel peer pressured here. With Tyler or Kristin. I have been to a few other gyms in Peoria but I always felt peer pressured by the trainers.
I highly recommended both Tyler and Kristin, every dollar & minute is worth it.
Tyler and his staff are really great to work with. I am in their semi-private training program. They are able to modify exercises to meet individual needs. They are all very supportive and the atmosphere is light and friendly, but the also don’t let anyone slack.
They use a combination of cardio and weight training to help each client reach the goals they set. Mine happens to be weight loss.
They are also very realistic; no fad diets recommended here!
I am happy with my progress and will continue using them for quite some time!
